Illustration Work

When I was a kid, my siblings would crowd around me, eager to see what I was drawing. They’d sit so close, I could barely see the paper! They loved watching as characters took shape before their eyes.

Last year, my nieces asked to tell them a story, and it turned into a full book—26 illustrations, all drawn in Adobe Fresco. It’s a playful tale about cultural norms, bullying, and how a strong community can make a difference for the ones who need it most.

I hope you feel the heart in these pages as much as I felt it creating them. These pieces are a letter of support to the kids who may not be able to stand up for themselves yet, but maybe with some help from friends they will find the strength and confidence they need to hold their own.
